1Data we collect

When you place an order:

• Your first and last name.
• Your phone number, and a second number if you add one.
• Your wilaya and commune, and the delivery method (home delivery or office pickup).
• A link to your location on the map, if you choose to add it.
• The products, variants and quantities you order.

We do not ask you to create an account or a password, and we never ask for bank details: you pay on delivery.

When you browse the site we also receive technical data such as your IP address and browser and device type, which we use to limit fake or repeated orders and to measure our ads.

2How we use your data

• To record and prepare your order.
• To call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm the order and arrange delivery.
• To deliver your parcel through the delivery company, track it and handle returns or exchanges.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To meet our accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send you advertising messages without your consent.

3Who we share your data with

• The delivery company: name, phone numbers, wilaya and commune, delivery method, products and the amount to collect, so it can deliver your parcel.
• Our hosting and technical service providers (site servers, database, image storage), which process data only on our behalf. Some of these servers may be located outside Algeria.
• The advertising platforms Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, when their measurement tools are enabled: pages and products you view, starting an order, purchases and their value, your IP address and browser information, and your phone number (and your name, for Meta) in hashed form, which does not reveal the number itself. These platforms use this data under their own privacy policies.
• Public authorities, when required by law.

4Cookies and browser storage

• The order form saves what you type on your device only, so you don’t have to retype it if you leave the page; it is cleared once your order is sent.
• Meta and TikTok measurement tools set their own cookies (such as _fbp and _ttp), and we keep the TikTok click ID (ttclid) if you came from one of our TikTok ads, to link your order to that ad.
• To count store visits, your browser keeps today’s date, the pages you opened that day and where your visit came from (for example a Facebook ad); we only receive totals from this, with no data about you.

You can delete or block this data in your browser settings or browse in private mode; ordering works without it. You can also manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or TikTok account.

5How long we keep data

We keep order data for as long as it is needed to fulfil the order, follow up on delivery and handle returns or exchanges, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner if nothing prevents it.

6Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), and the order management area is accessible only to the store team through protected accounts. No transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.

7Your rights

Under Algerian Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data, you may:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• ask for it to be deleted;
• object to its use for advertising purposes.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below; we may verify your phone number before acting on your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

8Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the way the store works or the services we use change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
